Baked is a classic American bakery and cafe with locations in New York and Tokyo. Baked specializes in (even obsesses about) all manner of American baking. Baked has used its experience in creating baked goods for its stores and many years of community feedback to develop a growing line of CPG products, including bakery mixes, granola and spreads.

Leaven & Companions is a craft bakery making bread for chefs in the New York area and beyond. Originally founded as Rollo Mio, the bakery has since shifted focus to elevate the importance of leaven and other craft baking techniques that naturally improve flavor, consistency and shelf-life of its products.
